Sensory Leadership

and why it's the new way.

After 30 years of working tirelessly, I reached the peak of my career as a leader for the largest self-development company in the world. I dedicated every moment and hour to maintaining my performance. However, when I stepped back from work for the first time four years ago, I discovered something profound: I wasn’t burnt out; my battery was simply dead from years of relentless output.

In that stillness, I faced myself for the first time. All the external accomplishments that had led me to be among the top performance coaches in the world began to feel hollow. I found myself sitting with nothing—no desire, no vision. This was the first time I turned inward and began the work to connect with a new part of myself.

Some of us are powerful as inner beings, while others excel in execution. But what if we could harness the power of both? Over those four years, through collaboration with doctors, healers, and coaches, I underwent a rebirth. I emerged as a woman in leadership—connected to myself, sourcing my power, and learning to co-create with my environment.

As I healed, I began to coach, create events, workshops, programs, and retreats, sharing what I had learned to make it accessible to other leaders. This marked the beginning of sensory leadership—a presence of being that I now offer to executives, community leaders, and visionaries who recognize that there is a richer, more harmonious way to live, lead, and produce results.

A whole new way to be in Leadership.

When I talk about Sensory Leadership, I’m inviting you into a way of leading that begins with your power, your intuition, and your presence. It’s about tuning into what you sense—beyond the noise of strategy and expectation—so you can move with clarity, authenticity, and confidence.
