After 30 years of working tirelessly, Joh reached the peak of her career as a senior leader inside one of the largest self-development organizations in the world.
She had dedicated every moment to sustaining performance. When she stepped away from work for the first time, something became clear.
She wasn't burnt out. Her battery was simply dead from years of relentless output.
In that stillness, she faced herself. All the external accomplishments that had defined her success began to feel hollow. There was no desire. No vision.
For the first time, she turned inward.
Over the next four years, through deep work alongside doctors, healers, and coaches, she rebuilt how she leads — from the inside out. Connected to herself. Sourcing her energy differently. Learning to co-create with her environment, not force results.
From this, Sensory Leadership with Joh was born.
